our online content will open on April 1st 2026 and close June 30th 2026. part of your 200 hour requirement are 20 classes participated (these are included in your registration fee) as well as 20 classes observed. all course material must be submitted for evaluation by June 30th 2026.
all in person weekends are mandatory.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?

it's for you. the person who has been showing up to practice consistently for the last 2 years, who wants to deepen their understanding for their body, mind and spirit, and HOW it applies to YOGA.

although this training has a strong focus on TEACHING, this also translates heavily to leadership, public speaking and standing in your power. this course is less about a fierce physical practice and more about meeting yourself where you are, understanding the way you learn, and growing in ways you never knew you needed to. this is self exploration at it's finest.
